SHARING THE LIGHT OF CHRIST

This painting is a modern and fresh take on the Parable of the Five Wise Virgins. The original intent of the parable emphasizes the need for each of us to be prepared with oil in our lamps. My version with patio lights shows how we are all connected to each other and plugged into the Source! Individuality is represented by the colorful hats, and unity is shown through all the women wearing various forms of white lace.
